A single room DIY warm water underfloor heating Kit ideal for conservatories and small extensions, this floor heating Kit is suitable for conservatories from 10m2 to 14m2 . Works in conjunction with existing pump so doesn’t require any electric wiring.

The extension to have underfloor heating should represent a small part of the overall Radiator system operating at the normal temperature of approximately 80°C Flow / 70°C Return.

The floor heating Tubing should be installed on top of good quality floor insulation and covered by a sand and cement screed normally 4 Sand / 1 Cement. Floor finish should be as Ceramic Tiles, Slate etc.

This underfloor heating Pack includes:-

*100 metres 16mm OD High temperature Pert-al-Pert Pipe which is tested and approved for temperatures and pressures well above those required for floor heating. The pipe has a 100% oxygen barrier.

* One danfoss FHV-R Regulating Valve and Return Water Temperature Limiter.

* 200 push in pipe clips.

* Fittings to join 16mm pipe to regulating valve and to 15mm copper pipe.

* 25 metres of 8mm x 130mm edge insulation.

* Installation Manual.

The tubing must be cut with a pipe cutter and re rounded using a plastic reamer. So as not to financially penalize regular users we don’t include these items in this Under floor heating Kit. If you don’t already have these items they can be purchased from our Tools Section

An underfloor heating system with this type of control should have a maximum floor heating Tube spacing of 150mm c to c, at this spacing this kit will cover an area of approximately 15m2. For Higher heat loss areas you can reduce the centres to as low as 100mm c to c at this spacing the tubing would cover an area of approximately 10m2.
