For connection of ten under floor heating loops with the option of individual control of each loop ( for individual control see electronic actuators and wiring centre in control section)

Manifolds are manufactured from high grade dezincification-resistant brass and are mounted on galvanised soundproofed brackets and 1 inch male BSP thread ends.

The manifold is complete with flow adjustable(using key provided with manifold) return valves which can be manually controlled with the red plastic knob or electronically controlled by a an electronic actuator. The flow connectors are fitted with flow gauges which will let you see the flow through each loop and allow you to adjust the flow on the return valve.

The manifold is supplied complete with :-

* Twenty cone connectors for simple connection of the under floor heating tubing to the manifold ( we normally supply cone connectors for 16mm tubing as standard but we can supply them for 18mm or 20mm, please specify if these sizes are required)

* One Pair Ballofix lever valves complete with thermometers. These are supplied with washers for a flat union connection to manifold.

* One end piece complete with fill valve spigot end and automatic air vent, connection to manifold as above.

* One end piece complete with manual air vent and drain valve , connection to manifold as above.

* Fastening set and designation labels.

Manifolds are Function and Pressure Tested and TUV approved to DIN EN ISO 9001.

Flow and Return Manifolds are offset for ease of installation
