Depending on where they are connected to the existing heating system these systems can operate from the existing timer or independent to the existing heating.
If operating from the existing central heating timer a basic room thermostat is sufficient.
If operating independent to the existing timer we would recommend using a programmable room thermostat.
While the price quoted for these systems are for single zone use they can be converted to a multi zone system at an additional cost. The maximum number of zones per system is dependant on the manifold size i.e. Two port manifold = maximum two zones etc.
When converting to multi zone the following equipment would be required :-
One four zone master wiring centre , if more than four zones you would need to add the appropriate slave wiring centre.
One electronic actuator per manifold port
One Room thermostat per zone
